ST Consulting

ST Consulting was founded on the belief that strong healthcare operations are essential to patient care. Financial and operational clarity allow providers to focus on what matters most, while ensuring that the systems supporting them are fair, functional, and sustainable.

Our work sits at the intersection of revenue cycle operations, payer behavior, and regulatory realities. We partner with healthcare organizations to navigate complexity, address breakdowns, and advocate for solutions that protect both access and viability.

This work requires precision, persistence, and care. It also requires partnership. We approach every engagement with respect for the providers we support and genuine enthusiasm for the impact this work can have.

A Letter From the Founder

I grew up in healthcare. Not as an abstract concept, but as lived experience. From an early age, I saw how much of patient care depends on what happens behind the scenes and how financial decisions directly affect whether providers can remain stable, accessible, and sustainable.

That perspective shaped my career. I have spent my professional life focused on safeguarding the financial health of healthcare providers by ensuring they are paid correctly, contracts are honored, and operational systems function as intended. Over time, it became clear that many of the providers I worked with needed more than transactional billing support. They needed informed, careful revenue cycle guidance that looked at the full picture. That need is what led me to start ST Consulting more than a decade ago.

ST Consulting was built to support healthcare organizations in a more expansive and thoughtful way. I work alongside providers across specialties, as well as healthcare technology startups, helping them navigate payer behavior, reimbursement challenges, and regulatory complexity while strengthening financial performance. This work requires a deep understanding of how systems are supposed to operate and where they routinely fall short for providers.

I am deeply interested in how technology shapes healthcare operations and how it can be leveraged responsibly to improve efficiency, insight, and ultimately revenue outcomes. When used thoughtfully, technology can reduce administrative burden, surface opportunities that would otherwise be missed, and help organizations operate more strategically. I bring that lens into my work, balancing innovation with operational reality.

I care deeply about this work because it matters. Financial stability allows providers to continue serving their communities and gives organizations the flexibility to grow, adapt, and invest in care. I stay engaged, informed, and involved in the broader industry because the landscape continues to evolve, and effective advocacy requires both experience and curiosity.

I love what I do. Supporting providers, solving complex problems, and helping healthcare organizations operate more effectively is work I am proud to lead.
